1. No Cash Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer.
However, we provide replacement only under eligible conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligible Conditions for Replacement
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is missing parts (if applicable)
3. Replacement Request Time
You must report any issue within:
24 to 48 hours after delivery
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claim, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed parcel before opening
- Continuous recording while opening the package
- Clear proof of issue in the product
Without an unboxing video, replacement requests may be rejected.
5. Conditions Where Replacement Will NOT Be Accepted
We do not offer replacement in the following cases:
- Product used or damaged by customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging damage with working product
- No unboxing video provided
- Issue reported after allowed time period
6. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will verify the issue
- A replacement product will be shipped
- If replacement is not available, store credit may be offered (optional)
7. Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we cover shipping
- If the issue is not valid, return shipping (if applicable) will be customer’s responsibility
